From now on, the mobile phone number can be used to recover your Hostens account password in case you forget it. So, if you haven’t added your phone number on your Hostens account, it’s the best time to do that. You can do it HERE.
In order to recover your account password, you should choose “Forgot password?” option on our Clients Area page. Once you press the password recovery option, you will be presented with the following methods:
As there are two options to recover your password, we’re going to describe both of it:
Password Recovery by Email
- First of all, please choose the option “Remind by email“;
- Then enter you email address, which you’re using on our system and press “Send me my password“.
Once this is done, you will get a confirmation email where you have to press the button “Reset Password”. After confirmation, you will get the second email from our system with the new password.
Password Recovery by SMS
- Firstly, choose the option “Remind by SMS“;
- Enter you email address, which you are using on our system and press “Send me my password“.
Once you initiate this, SMS with the new password will be sent to your phone instantly.
Note. If you can not get the SMS, you can contact us by live chat or ticketing system so that we could check whether you have entered correct phone number.
