There may be various reasons why problems may arise in paying for the extension of services, for example, restrictions on international payments in some countries, issues with payment methods (expired cards, payment gateway issues) and etc.
In this case, we can extend the renewal invoice due date for a couple of days as an exception. Invoice due date can be extended by Human Assistant only.
