If you just paid, but the service is still not active and you see the pending status, please make sure that money was actually deducted from your payment method. However, if it was not done yet, simply try to purchase again.
If the service status is pending and the invoice status is paid, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our technical team to check further.
If it has been over 12-24 hours since the payment was made, and you still cannot see the services in your account, please get in touch with our support team via chat or email and provide the following information:
For Credit Card – the last four digits of the card used and the card statement from your bank;
For PayPal – transaction ID or/and the PayPal account email;
For other payment methods – the email and proof of payment completion (from the payment service itself).
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the payment to be received, especially if you used Bank transfer or Bitcoin payment method. As soon as the payment is received, your service will be activated automatically and the invoice will be marked as paid.
